On Wednesday, Flutter said group chief executive Peter Jackson will depart the top job at the end of September after eight years. It said earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (Ebitda) is set to be around 2.655 billion US dollars (£1.97 billion), 210 million dollars below previous expectations. Group adjusted Ebitda dropped by 45% to 508 million dollars (£377 million) over the first half of 2026. Total group revenues increased by 3% to 4.3 billion dollars (£3.2 billion) for the six-month period, supported by 10% growth in its international market. Nevertheless, it said revenues were likely to be 395 million dollars (£293.2 million) below previous forecasts, at 17.91 billion dollars (£13.29 billion) for the year.
