Job DescriptionThe Wellness Mental Health Specialist supports the Director of Wellness Services in delivering direct services – clinical and nonclinical. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Provide limited direct mental health services to clients, consistent with licensure, training, and scope of practice (e.g., assessments, therapy, psychoeducation, crisis support, or referrals). • Maintain appropriate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards, organizational policies, and applicable regulations. • Participate in case consultation and coordination with the Director of Wellness and other clinical team members. • Support trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based care for individuals and families.
