Congressman Bill Huizenga defeated Republican primary challenger Paul Tanis in the GOP primary for Fourth District. He’ll face Democrat Sean McCann in November. Congressman Tim Walberg cruised to a win the Republican primary for the 5th District. Republican state Representative Pauline Wendzel beat out a primary challenger to move on to the General Election in the 39th District. Republican state Senator Jonathan Lindsey faced no primary challengers.
