(WAKA) – We are less than a week away from the special primary election on several congressional districts in our area. Voters in Congressional Districts 1, 2, 6 and 7 will be going to the polls on August 11. The reason for these special primaries is that the district lines have changed, which means some voters are in different districts. The top vote-getters will move on to the general election, even if they don’t get 50% of the vote. Action 8’s Estee Morrison sat down with Montgomery County Probate Judge J.C.
