Sources told Sky News that the deal, which is worth around £75m, includes the 195,000 sq ft mixed-use space where London’s City, Shoreditch and Tech City meet. A sale process was initiated earlier this summer by the City of London Corporation, with sources flagging Frasers Group as “the likeliest buyer”.
