Northwick Road in South Oxhey closed yesterday (August 4) and will remain shut until September 2 to allow Hertfordshire County Council to carry out footway resurfacing works. The closure is from the junction with Prestwick Road to the junction with Muirfield Road. "Red Rose service W21 will not serve bus stops from Northwick Road Redwood Close to Prestwick Road Kilmarnock. The nearest alternative stops are Muirfield Road Muirfield Green or Prestwick Road Markeston Green." Intalink has warned hat the 319 service will not serve stops from Langley Road Southern Cross to Langley Road Molteno Road, while service 501 will also skip the same stops.
