Record Staff (HB)Three Quebec men will appear in court later this month to face charges of possession, production and trafficking of methamphetamine after a production lab found inside a small warehouse in Bromont was dismantled in May 2025. Jean‑Sébastien Sévigny, 30, from Venise-en-Québec, and Guillaume Joly, 31, from Ste-Marcelline-de-Kildare, are charged with production, trafficking and possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking. Guillaume Bourgault, 30, from Montreal, is facing charges of trafficking and possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking. According to the RCMP, labs like the one discovered in Bromont can be found in a variety of locations. Clandestine labs pose a great danger not only to those who operate them, but also to neighbours and first responders.
