Now, in Pakistan-administered Kashmir, the JAAC and other protesters have vowed to push on, asserting their fight is about broader demands such as better health care and cheaper electricity, not just constitutional reform.
Because of Pakistan’s dispute with India over its status, Kashmir is also a critical and sensitive asset for Pakistan.
