A Jaffrey man faces multiple charges related to the possession of child sex abuse images. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Sebastian Fogg, 28, of Jaffrey on five felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. Fogg was taken to the Cheshire County Jail and was arraigned at the 8th Circuit Court in Jaffrey on Wednesday. “There is no indication of flight risk, nor history of failure to appear,” Gray argued. The court agreed to hold Fogg in preventive detention and that Fogg undergo assessment at the House of Corrections.
