Outline plans put forward by Mrs L Clayton for the property in Fakenham have been approved.
According to planning documents, the layout would provide sufficient space for up to two car parking spots.
It was highlighted that the property will provide "adequate internal amenity for future occupiers" along with a generous front and rear private garden.
