Church Lane, in Gressenhall near Dereham, will shut to its junction with Bridge Street on August 7. It will then undergo another closure to its junction near Park Farm Lane between August 13 and 14. It is the latest closure to affect motorists in the village, following a duo of works that took place earlier this year. A diversion route will take motorists via Church Lane, Longham Road, Rushmeadow Road, Dereham Road, Swaffham Road, Quebec Road and Gressenhall Road. The reverse route will also apply and is expected to add up to eight minutes and five miles onto journey times.
