Engineers were called to work on the problem that affected those living in Cromer, Overstrand, Northrepps and Sidestrand. The power cut was impacting 469 homes across the area but has then decreased to 135 once engineers arrived at the site. A spokesman for UK Power Networks said it is due to an "overhead electricity line fault on a high voltage network, causing an area-wide cut". UK Power Networks said the issue was expected to be fixed between 4.30pm and 5.30pm today (August 5).
