STOCKPORT, N.Y. (WNYT) — State Police said a Hudson man put a person in a chokehold and smashed thier car window. According to police, troopers were sent to Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson on Aug. 4 after a reported assault. Gadway is then accused of following the victim and broke the driver’s-side door window before they drove away. Police said Gadway was arraigned in Stockport Town Court and sent to Columbia County Jail. He is due back in Stockport Town Court on Aug. 7.
