Orlo D. Stouder, 92, Syracuse, died Monday, Aug. 3, 2026, in Goshen. He was born Oct. 1, 1933, in Goshen, to Lamar and Ruth (Defreese) Stouder. He is survived by children, Norene Smith, Christine Huffman and Brian Stouder, all of Syracuse, and Richard (Misty) Stouder, Colorado; and his sister, Peggy Hann, Goshen. Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Syracuse, is handling arrangements.
