There is a new tactical turn based RPG to keep your eyes on, with publisher Wales Interactive and developer Peacebreak Studio announcing Beaten Path. Beaten Path has taken its inspiration from Final Fantasy Tactics and Fire Emblem, with those inspirations coming through in the game’s announcement trailer which shows both combat and world exploration. The story of Beaten Path follows Panna and her companions in a world where the gods have fallen. Jarett Gross of Peacebreak Studio gave a bit of an insight about Beaten Path and why he is developing it. Beaten Path is due to be released in 2027 with it set to be available on PC, PS5, Xbox Series XS, and Switch.
