Thursday, August 6 is also the first day of school for Lindsay Lane Christian Academy and Athens Bible School, while students at Limestone Christian Academy begin fall semester classes on Thursday, August 13. School officials and local law enforcement both encourage drivers to be attentive when entering school zones during active hours — both for safety and to avoid doubled fines.
