The existing Siri experience on the HomePod Mini is somewhat lacking, so hopefully Siri AI support will change that. It may not necessarily have the audio chops of the full-size HomePod, but the HomePod mini can still pack a punch. Expect HomePod mini 2 to still be powered by a cable. That could make an appearance before the end of 2026, alongside the HomePod mini.
