(Justin Colley)A $7,831,737 permit was granted to Frost Bank for the building of its new Brenham location at 862 Highway 290 East, in the Brenham Crossing shopping center. Also of note in July’s building permits was the work being done by Arete Property Group, constructing 8-unit and 5-unit apartment buildings at 1307 North Park Street. In total, the city issued 23 permits last month worth $13,920,414.
