Kay Francis Nelson, 80, of Bluff City, Arkansas, passed away on August 3, 2026. Mrs. Nelson was born on July 24, 1946, to Helen Marie McBride Cox and Lois Howard Cox in Prescott, Arkansas. Kay was a faithful member of Bluff City Church of Christ. Most of all though, Kay loved her family and the Lord fiercely. Burial will follow at Bluff City Cemetery.
