A man accused of intentionally hitting a person with a vehicle in Saxonburg last month had all charges held against him and will now move to the Common Pleas Court. Five counts, including felony aggravated assault, were held for court against 76-year-old Dennis Wolff of Freeport for running a man over multiple times with a U-Haul truck on Carol Drive on July 20th. Wolff then allegedly returned the U-Haul and came back to Carol Drive, where he was taken into custody. A formal arraignment is scheduled for Wolff on September 22nd, but a Common Pleas Court Judge has not yet been assigned to his case.
