The job market can be really tough, and sometimes finding a job is a full-time job itself. Where are the jobs you can get right away, that pay decently and can lead to long-term success? Pay rates range depending on the school district (apparently Lamesa pays best), and your level of education, be it high school/ GED, college, and/or a teaching certificate. There are a variety of substitute positions that become available, from school nurses to library, and plenty of academic subjects, too.
