The Tioga County woman has been the editor of the Owego Pennysaver Press for more than two decades, is retiring from that job. During a WNBF News interview Tuesday, Post said she's "not going to have any spare time on my hands." Post then joined the Owego Pennysaver and worked with its related publications.
