Top 10 UK housebuilder, Keepmoat, has strengthened its land pipeline in Yorkshire as it progresses three new sites in the county. Of the 279 homes, 122 will be delivered through affordable schemes and managed by local housing providers and authorities. In Shirecliffe, through a regeneration partnership Sheffield Housing Company (SHC), the housebuilder is to build 41 new distinctive homes, transforming a 2.9 acre site of previously demolished properties.
