In the middle of last month, Huawei hosted both a global and regional launch for its latest flagship phone lineup – the Pura 90s series. There are two models in particular that are earmarked for South Africa, with both the Pura 90s Pro and Pura 90s Pro Max now available to purchase on the Huawei SA online store. Now, the new series is running a Kirin 9030S chipset, which brings the 5G support to the fore. The Pura 90s Pro Max has not been fully tested yet, so it remains to be seen how the new flagship phone will compare to the competition, as well as its predecessor. As for recommended pricing, the Pura 90s Pro is listed from R19 999 on the Huawei online store, while the Pura 90s Pro Max carries a R26 999 price tag.
