Now, the reports of the demise of LIV may have been unfounded, according to Mark Schlabach of ESPN. O'Neil has also noted that golfers will be the majority equity holders in LIV Golf. The league is set to play ten events in 2027, including international sites such as South Africa and Hong Kong, plus five events in the United States.
