The Town of Avon and Traer Creek LLC today jointly announce that Traer Creek has conveyed Lot 8, Filing 1, within The Village (at Avon) to the Town of Avon at no cost, for the purpose of developing Community Housing. The conveyance is made pursuant to the Village (at Avon) Planned Unit Development amendment approved by the Avon Town Council in May of 2026. The conveyance builds on what has now been over a decade of collaboration between the Town of Avon and Traer Creek. “Providing Community Housing has always been part of the long-term vision for The Village (at Avon),” said Michael Lindholm, a Traer Creek LLC principal.
