A man accused of killing a woman with links to the Highlands and disposing of her body in a suitcase has appeared in court in Athens.
The accused arrived for the court hearing this morning in an unmarked grey Hyundai i30 car, alongside several police officers.
The Press and Journal understands that Elizabeth-Jane has links to Inverness, and investigators attended properties in the city on Friday.
Greek newspapers reported that Elisabeth-Jane’s phone and a second phone had been used to send text messages to her friends and family.
