"About an hour after her MRI was done, the doctor here in town called us and said, 'Can we come in?' When Kayla and I got there, he said to us, 'Is there anyone you want to call?' I was like, 'Her dad? And he's like, 'Your daughter has brain cancer'," Jess recalled.
