A startup has unveiled its underwater living chamber, and they’re actually looking for people to test it out. For a lot of people, going underwater is a big no-no, especially when it comes the ocean. DEEP living facility in Florida is underwaterMashable highlighted the new facility in a video on August 3, noting that it is the first new “subsea habitat in 40 years.” Article continues after adVanguard has living quarters that include four bunk beds, tables to eat at, and, of course, bathroom facilities. As per DEEP’s own website, people can apply for Marine Research Grants on the Vanguard habitat, and successful applicants can stay for a few days.
