We had founded Beverly Boy Productions in Miami in 2002, and we were finally finding our footing when the economy fell apart. I could not control the economy, so I stopped trying to predict it and focused on my team and my costs. By 2010 we had pivoted into reality show production, which opened doors to new crews and partnerships across the country. We kept projects moving when most of the industry went dark. The 2020 pivot proved that lesson again, and it made us more adaptable than we were before it hit.
