The meeting, which includes the public hearing, begins at 9 a.m. in the Joseph Building Annex Conference Room, 1106 K Ave. in La Grande. The public hearing is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. Commissioners will adjourn into executive session under ORS 192.660(2)(e) to discuss real property transactions.
