In the video, the two boys, believed to be around eight to 10 years old, are sitting in a police office beside an adult man. Earlier, Telegram channels and other social media pages in Daghestan circulated footage from a surveillance camera showing the children throwing a kitten onto the asphalt and watching it die in agony. Several days earlier, another video circulated in Daghestan showing a child throwing a kitten into a stairwell.
