Daghestani police have forced two children to publicly apologise for brutally killing a kitten on camera.
The public apology was published in video format by the police in Kaspiysk.
In the video, the two boys, believed to be around eight to 10 years old, are sitting in a police office beside an adult man.
Earlier, Telegram channels and other social media pages in Daghestan circulated footage from a surveillance camera showing the children throwing a kitten onto the asphalt and watching it die in agony.
Several days earlier, another video circulated in Daghestan showing a child throwing a kitten into a stairwell.
