The Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy has approved a retail licence for a new service station at Elisenheim Lifestyle Estate, paving the way for the development of a long-awaited fuel supply facility in Windhoek’s rapidly expanding northern corridor. The approval allows Petrosol Petroleum Solutions CC to proceed with plans to establish the Elisenheim Service Station in partnership with Elisenheim Property Development Company Limited. “Elisenheim was never conceived as just another residential estate – it was planned from the outset as a complete, stand-alone community. The company identified Elisenheim as a strategic location for a service station several years ago as the estate continued to grow. “A nearby service station is something you only stop taking for granted when you don’t have one.
