The FIM Africa Motocross of African Nations takes place on 29 and 30 August at Gallina MX Park, north of Windhoek, bringing together over 180 riders from nine African countries on a single track.
In preparation for the international event, Gallina has undergone extensive upgrades, from the main entrance to the pit areas and wash bays.
FIM Africa provides financial assistance to host nations to ensure facilities meet global standards.
Participating nations include Angola, Kenya, Madagascar, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and host nation Namibia, with Senegal’s entry pending.
The event is sanctioned by FIM Africa, the NMSF, and the Windhoek Motocross Club.
