Australia’s National Health and Medical Research Council seeks stronger partnerships, including international collaborationsAustralia’s National Health and Medical Research Council has adopted a new strategy for research translation, aiming to drive the use of research results in healthcare, policymaking and more broadly.
The NHMRC strategy for 2026-30 sets out six objectives.
These include providing funding opportunities to support translation, building workforce capacity and an impact-focused culture, and fostering collaboration between researchers and research users.
