Efforts are to be made to arrange a clean-up of material dumped on one of the walking trails in the Glen of Aherlow last week. The material is dumped on the Millennium Stone Loop and has been placed in a drain as it exits from underneath the trail making it a difficult clean-up and a higher risk of pollution as water flows through the material. Aherlow Fáilte are engaging with the Tipperary County Council and Coillte as the material is on land owned by Coillte. Some of the items look very old and included is a green Florabest brand electric hedge trimmer.
