George Otto Inglis has applied to change the use of the building on Appin Crescent which formerly housed Philip Yeates Physiotherapy. It continued: “There is an existing garage to the rear garden that will be renewed in-line with the existing materials. “The proposal seeks to return a residential property to its original use, having been unavailable for this purpose since its conversion to commercial use. “The reinstatement as a residential property will have no detrimental effect on the surrounding infrastructure as it will integrate into the existing homogenous residential area.” Fife Council’s planning service will consider the application in due course.
