Ashfield Land (Pitreavie) Ltd hope to get the go-ahead for a mixed-use development to provide commercial and industrial uses and deliver hundreds of jobs. Lloyds Banking Group revealed plans last year to exit their centre on the Pitreavie Business Park by the middle of 2026. The aim is to create a “modern, flexible employment location” that can support a range of businesses and jobs at Pitreavie. “During construction, the development is expected to support approximately 145 gross FTE construction jobs, together with around 200 net additional direct, indirect and induced jobs across Scotland, including approximately 120 jobs within Fife,” it added. “Once operational, the development is anticipated to support between 285 and 375 gross direct jobs, together with between 370 and 475 net additional direct, indirect and induced jobs, including 240 to 315 jobs for Fife residents.”
