Police Now, the UK's only national graduate programme into policing, is inviting applications in Devon for next year’s intake of trainee neighbourhood officers. Graduates need a minimum 2:2 degree; any subject is eligible. They will then work alongside officers in their chosen force, gaining first-hand experience and applying their academy knowledge in real-life situations. The scheme supports graduates with mentoring, coaching and professional development. Police Now has been recruiting graduates for a decade and aims to bring diverse, high-calibre talent into policing.
