Work is expected to begin at Higher Brook Meadow in Sidford in mid-August, with improvements at Phear Park in Exmouth due to start in mid-September. The projects are being delivered by East Devon District Council following public consultation and feedback on the designs. The improvements are being funded by East Devon District Council. Exmouth Town Council is providing additional support through Section 106 developer contributions for the play area and is fully funding the new pump track.
