The key change is that 14-year-olds will soon be able to get early access to technical education, skills training, work experience and connections with employers. Firstly, we must embed systems thinking across education, professional development and leadership pathways. In our view, this has to be recognised as a core capability across the entirety of the infrastructure sector. And finally, professional consultancy must be truly recognised as an economic capability.
