Civils and groundworks contractor Agetur (UK) Ltd owed trade creditors more than £2m when it collapsed, according to new documents. Combined, these make £558,716 of preferential creditor claims. Swindon-based Bancumm Surfacing is among the biggest trade creditors, with a claim for more than £320,000. In their statement of proposals last month, the administrators said unsecured creditors are “uncertain” to receive a distribution. In total, creditor claims amounted to about £4.2m, comprising the amount owed to trade creditors, preferential claims and claims from former employees and directors.
