Dentist business owner in Ayrshire suspended for more than a year

Specialist orthodontist Martin MacArthur Moore, who runs the Embrace-U clinics in Ayr and Irvine, has been banned from practising for 15 months. According to Companies House, Dr Moore, who resides in Portugal, is the director of Embrace-U Orthodontics Limited and Embrace2 Ltd. The Interim Orders Committee of the General Dental Council (GDC) suspended Mr Moore in April and will review the decision in October. The GDC provided no further information regarding the suspension when asked by Ayrshire Weekly Press. Embrace-U Orthodontics has declined to comment.
