WALANG PASOK AUGUST 6, 2026 – Several local government units announced the suspension of classes due to Maymay and enhanced habagat. As of 5 PM update, Wednesday, Tropical Storm Maymay (Kujira) maintained its strength while moving north-northeastward at 10 km/h over the sea west of Ilocos Sur. Its center was estimated at 145 km west of Sinait, Ilocos Sur, with maximum sustained winds of 75 km/h and gusts of up to 90 km/h.
