Dr. Rajendra Prasad National Law University (RPNLU), Prayagraj, organised the Orientation Programme for the newly admitted batch of 2026–2031 on August 3, 2026, marking the commencement of the students' academic journey. The programme began with the welcome and introduction of the Chief Guest, Prof. (Dr.) Priti Saxena, Vice-Chancellor, Himachal Pradesh National Law University (HPNLU), Shimla, and the Guests of Honour, Prof. (Dr.) Bindu S. Ronald, Vice-Chancellor, Maharashtra National Law University, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, and Dr. Seema Kaul Singh, Director, Institute of Constitutional and Parliamentary Studies (ICPS). Addressing the students, Prof. (Dr.) Priti Saxena congratulated them on their success in CLAT 2026 and urged them to pursue excellence throughout their legal careers. Delivering her address, Prof. (Dr.) Bindu S. Ronald observed that legal education extends beyond the study of statutes and judgments. A key highlight of the programme was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla and Dr. Rajendra Prasad National Law University, Prayagraj, aimed at strengthening academic collaboration, research, and institutional development.
