Topline The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is preparing to expand the ongoing cyclosporiasis outbreak to 15 states, the Washington Post reported, adding six more to the widening outbreak that has sickened an estimated 22,200 people with a so-called "explosive diarrhea parasite."
