Conwy County Borough Council has published a wide-ranging traffic order proposing new restrictions in parts of Llandudno and Craig y Don. The proposed order is available to view at council offices, Llandudno library, and on the Conwy County Borough Council website. Key streets set for new “no waiting at any time” rules include Clarence Road, St Margaret’s Drive, Nant y Gamar Road, Craig y Don Parade, Colwyn Road, Aber Drive, Ffynnon Sadwrn Lane, Mostyn Avenue, Sylva Gardens North, Balfour Road, Queen’s Road, Roumania Drive, Hospital Road, Ty’n y Maes Hill, Abbey Road, Trinity Avenue, Lloyd Street, Bryniau Road, Claremont Road, and St Mary’s Road. Other sections of Clarence Drive, both north and south of Clarence Road, would also see new restrictions. These include removing limited waiting areas and time-limited parking zones on Jacksons Lane and Clarence Drive, as well as lifting a “no stopping” rule on Clarence Drive near Clarence Road.
