The proposal was submitted by Steven C. Turley, Alpine Property Holdings Group, LLC and Premier Realty Investments, LLC. The proposed annexation includes 46.35 acres of land located in Section 29, Township 37 North, Range 118 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, adjacent to the Town of Alpine. A public hearing on the Alpine Draft Master Plan was scheduled as part of the Aug. 4 Town Council meeting. The resolution for the petition could come before the Alpine Town Council Aug. 18 when a hearing date for the petition will be established.
