Up to 3,275 properties may be developed around Sadlers Farm roundabout, a major junction connecting the A13, the A130 leading up to Fairglen Interchange with the A127, Canvey, and Benfleet. Polly Gill said: "Building homes with the only access via Sadlers and Canvey Way would be a disaster, if one car breaks down on Canvey Way it stops completely. "Getting on or off Sadlers Farm at Bowers Gifford is like already like playing Russian roulette."
