Llanidloes Town Council has said it will ask the parents of those involved to cover the cost of repairs after repeated attacks on the public toilets behind the Town Hall.
The minutes state: "Some names of those who may be responsible have been given to the council.
"Stealing and/or breaking toilet seats, smashing urinals and destroying sink taps is causing additional costs to a facility which is already subsidised to the tune of £5,000-plus per annum by the Town Council and the residents of Llanidloes."
The latest incident follows further vandalism to the ladies' toilets, where sink taps and toilet seats were damaged and required replacement.
The council is hoping the toilets will be fully reopened within the next month following completion of the work.
